Shipping policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

Most of our customers are downrange or stationed overseas, so we'll be straight with you about how long gear actually takes to reach you and why it sometimes shows up in more than one box.

WHERE WE SHIP
United States addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship to international civilian addresses.

When you enter an APO/FPO/DPO address, select the military "state" — AA, AE, or AP — and include your full unit and box number. An incomplete military address is the single most common reason a package goes astray.

TWO CLOCKS: PRODUCTION, THEN TRANSIT
Every order runs on two clocks, and the second one doesn't start until the first one finishes.

1. Production. Your gear is printed or embroidered after you order — we don't hold finished stock. Based on our recent order history, most items enter the mail 1 to 5 business days after you check out. Larger orders and custom work take longer.

2. Transit. Once an item ships, you get a tracking number by email and the postal carrier takes over.

Both are estimates from real order data, not guarantees. New drops, holiday surges, and custom runs move slower, especially through the APO and USPS systems.

YOUR ORDER MAY ARRIVE IN SEPARATE PACKAGES
This is normal and it is not a mistake. We work with several production partners, each specializing in different gear — one prints tees, another does embroidery, another handles drinkware. If your order mixes those, the items are produced at different facilities and ship independently.

What that means for you:

  • Separate boxes, separate tracking numbers, different arrival dates. You'll get a shipping notification for each one.
  • The last item can lag the first by a week or more. On recent multi-partner orders we've seen the final item ship up to nine days after the order was placed.
  • Your order isn't complete until every tracking number shows delivered. Don't file a missing-item claim on a partial delivery — check your email for a second or third shipping notice first.

Because each partner ships on its own account, an order with items from multiple facilities may carry more than one shipping charge. The full total is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises after the fact.

SHIPPING COSTS
Rates are calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart, where it's produced, and where it's going. You see the total before you pay.

CARRIERS AND APO/FPO/DPO DELIVERY
Military addresses move through USPS, which hands off to the Military Postal Service for the final leg. Domestic addresses may go USPS, OnTrac, or Amazon Logistics depending on which partner produced the item.

Two realities of the military postal system worth knowing up front:

  • Tracking goes quiet. Scans typically stop once a package clears the CONUS gateway and enters the military postal network, then resume — or don't — when it hits your post room. A tracking number that hasn't updated in a week or two is normal, not a lost package.
  • Transit runs long. Delivery to an overseas military address routinely exceeds the carrier's posted estimate. Those estimates are built for domestic delivery and don't account for the military leg.

Plan accordingly if you're ordering against a date — a ceremony, a change of command, a deployment, a PCS. If you have a hard deadline, email us before you order and we'll do our best to tell you honestly whether it's achievable.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Check it before you submit, and check it again if you've PCS'd recently.

We can update an address only before an item is released to production, which can happen within hours. Email customersupport@bravoteamapparel.com immediately if you catch an error. Once an item is in production or in the mail, we can't reroute it.

If a package comes back to our production partner as undeliverable, we'll contact you. Reshipment is at your expense.

DELAYS, DAMAGE, AND LOST PACKAGES
Delivery estimates are estimates. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, the Military Postal Service, weather, or anything else outside our control. Once we hand a package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

That said — we don't hide behind that. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we replace it. If gear arrives damaged, photograph it and email us within 30 days and we'll make it right at our cost. See our Returns & Refund Policy for how claims work.

UNIT AND BULK ORDERS
Large unit runs don't follow these retail timelines. Lead times are quoted per order in writing, and we build them backward from your event date. If you're planning a formation buy, contact us early at customersupport@bravoteamapparel.com — the more lead time you give us, the more we can guarantee.
