Stretch soft shell bonded to a water-resistant film, with microfleece inside. Wind stays out and light rain beads off. For a real downpour, you still want a rain shell over it.
Tricot-lined zippered pockets keep your CAC and phone dry. A storm flap runs behind the full-length zipper and ends in a chin guard, and rib-knit cuffs and hem hold the warmth in.
